passes adjacent to the Little Ark Baptist Church cemetery. |

|
This Rail Crane, built by and for the New York Central Railroad's Maintenance of Way department in the early 20th century, weighs just under 1 ton and is hand cranked with two speeds for lifting both heavy and light objects - from buckets of spikes to 1,700 lbs. rail. Very few of these remain as they were soon replaced in favor of larger motorized and hydraulic cranes.

DRHT FUNDRAISER: Picnic Tables for the DRHT
For each Picnic Table Donation of $250, the Boy
Scouts will build a picnic table and place it in a select
spot along the DRHT. A plaque, engraved with the donor's
name, will be mounted on each picnic table. Funds will go
to both the Boy Scouts and the DRHT. Let
us know you'd like to buy a picnic table |
